Medical Office Representative Float

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Medical Office Representative Float at its Greenwood Village, Colorado clinic location (6061 S Willow Dr). ### What you'll do - Welcome patients at check-in, verify and update demographics, insurance, and billing information, and scan required forms into appropriate systems. - Maintain patient flow by communicating status updates to clinical team members and keeping patients informed throughout their visit. - Handle inbound and in-person patient communications in a professional, courteous manner to resolve needs efficiently. - Educate patients on test locations, patient portal navigation, and non-clinical follow-up steps. - Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in with professionalism and consistency. - Float across multiple office locations as assigned to support operational coverage. ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required). - 1+ year of medical front office experience (preferred). - Proficiency with computers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners. - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. - Strong interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and external contacts. - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (preferred). ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $19.58–$31.32 (approximately $40,726–$65,146 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off beginning Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Whole-person well-being and mental health support resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating clinics and hospitals across multiple states, with a strong presence in Colorado.
