About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a Lead Patient Service Representative for its outpatient clinic at 15901 E Briarwood Circle in Aurora, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Schedule and confirm patient appointments, revising as needed to align with daily patient volume - Maintain confidential patient charts and records, including importing and routing scanned documents - Supervise patient service representatives, set performance goals, conduct reviews, and establish quality-service standards - Manage office expenses, prepare staffing schedules, and resolve operational problems as they arise - Partner with management and HR on recruiting, hiring, orienting, and training new front-desk staff - Greet patients and caregivers and ensure all interactions meet high-quality customer-service standards ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required - Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated office and computer skills - Experience in an outpatient clinic or physician office preferred - Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical insurance payers - Strong organizational, verbal communication, and customer-relations skills - Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general keyboarding ### What's included - Pay range: $19.58–$31.32/hour ($40,726–$65,146 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system with a mission rooted in extending care to the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
