Clinical Nursing Supervisor

AdventHealth is seeking a full-time Clinical Nursing Supervisor for an outpatient practice in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. ### What you'll do - Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including direct supervision of MAs, LPNs, and RNs - Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve quality and efficiency - Assist the Practice Administrator with administrative issues and operational problem-solving - Prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient treatment, examination, and testing - Provide post-procedural follow-up care within the outpatient practice setting - Maintain and control medical supplies and medication inventory, ensuring no expired medications are in use ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ years of professional nursing experience required - 1+ years of leadership experience preferred - Current BLS/CPR certification required - Strong EMR proficiency and demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and triage effectively ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $33.70–$62.69 (approximately $70,096–$130,395 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and AdventHealth leadership/preceptor training ### About the practice AdventHealth operates a faith-based, mission-driven health system with outpatient practices across multiple states, including this Shawnee Medical Building location at 9119 W 74th St, Shawnee Mission, KS.
