About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for inpatient care at its hospital campus in Littleton, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive physiological, psychological, and sociocultural patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and maintain effective team communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Respond to code situations promptly, providing stabilizing interventions and supervising delegated care across the unit.
### What we're looking for
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.
- Preferred certifications include TNCC, CCRN-E, NRP, CCNS, or specialty-area credentials relevant to assigned unit.
