CNA Nights

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed for full-time night shift inpatient care at AdventHealth Zephyrhills in Zephyrhills, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform treatments per policy, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and cultural background - Assist in delivery of patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse - Document and report all procedures and patient observations in accordance with department policy - Participate in obtaining nursing histories and report abnormal findings to the RN - Follow isolation protocols, demonstrate proper use of PPE, and enforce safety regulations - Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff while responding appropriately in clinical emergencies ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Active CNA, CPCT/A, or EMT certification (required) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - 1+ year of PCT or patient care technician experience (preferred) - Prior bedside experience in an acute care unit, or equivalent medical role such as unit secretary or monitor technician (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $15.87–$25.38/hour (~$33,010–$52,790 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance starting Day One - Paid time off starting Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Zephyrhills is a full-service community hospital located in Zephyrhills, Florida, part of the AdventHealth network — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the country.
