Patient Care Tech Float Pool

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Patient Care Tech (Float Pool) to support inpatient nursing teams across multiple hospital locations in the Greenwood Village, Colorado area. ### What you'll do - Perform treatments per policy, delivering age- and acuity-appropriate patient care under registered nurse direction - Respond appropriately during clinical emergencies and support care team priorities - Follow isolation protocols, PPE guidelines, hand hygiene policy, and facility safety regulations - Document and report all procedures and patient care activities in accordance with department policy - Assist in obtaining nursing histories and communicate abnormal findings to the RN - Maintain clean, safe patient and staff environments while floating across multiple units ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Active BLS/CPR certification (required) - CNA or CPCT/A certification (required) - 1+ year of PCT experience (preferred) - Prior bedside care in an acute care unit, unit secretary, or monitor technician role (preferred) - Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members ### What's included - Pay range: $19.19–$30.71/hr (~$39,915–$63,876 annualized) - Sign-on bonus eligibility - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME/career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth (formerly Centura/Portercare Adventist Health System) is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating hospitals and care sites across Colorado and beyond.
