About this role

AdventHealth Porter is hiring a full-time RN Transplant Coordinator at its Denver, Colorado facility to manage the full continuum of care for transplant patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. ### What you'll do - Coordinate all phases of the transplant process, including UNOS listing, organ placement, and recipient admission - Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team - Conduct pre-transplant interviews with prospective patients and families, interpreting eligibility criteria and preparing clinical data - Provide direct patient care and arrange diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultation services - Educate patients and families on all aspects of transplantation, documenting comprehension and follow-up - Maintain accurate, confidential patient records documenting status, interventions, and outcomes ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ year of acute care or critical care nursing experience required (2+ years preferred) - Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred - Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) credential preferred - Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with UNet/UNOS and MS Office platforms preferred ### What's included - Salary range: $80,161–$149,111 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Porter is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, nonprofit health system with a mission rooted in whole-person care—body, mind, and spirit.
