CNA Float Pool Part-time NIGHTS

AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a part-time CNA for the Float Pool on the night shift (two 12-hour shifts per week) at its Littleton, Colorado hospital. ### What you'll do - Perform patient care treatments per policy, tailored to patient age, mobility, acuity, and cultural needs - Assist in delivery of patient care as a team member under the direction of a registered nurse - Document and report all procedures in accordance with department policy - Participate in obtaining nursing histories and report abnormalities to the RN - Maintain a clean and safe environment, following isolation guidelines, PPE protocols, and handwashing policy - Respond appropriately in clinical emergencies and support performance improvement and quality initiatives ### What we're looking for - Active CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) or CPCT/A (Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant) — required - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification — required - High school diploma or equivalent — required - 1+ years of PCT experience — preferred - Previous bedside patient care in an acute care unit, unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent medical experience — preferred ### What's included - Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for new hires - Pay range: $19.19–$30.71/hr (~$39,900–$63,900 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving communities across the United States.
