Practice Manager II

AdventHealth is hiring a Practice Manager II to oversee daily clinic operations at its 850 E Harvard Ave location in Denver, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Manage daily operations, patient flow, and staff coverage across assigned physician practice offices - Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office and clinical staff; develop action plans to reduce turnover and improve performance - Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and monthly financial statement review; identify trends and variances from budget - Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHCA, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations - Collaborate with regional medical directors to align practice operations and clinical team performance - Support market growth strategy development and communicate strategic priorities to staff and physicians ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required (or Associate's + 2 years, or High School diploma + 4 years of equivalent experience) - 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice preferred - Billing, coding, and patient care experience in a physician practice preferred - BLS/CPR certification required; CMOM certification preferred - Proficiency in healthcare financial management, insurance billing, and HR practices - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet key performance metrics ### What's included - Salary range: $68,218–$126,889 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development programs and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
