About this role

An LPN is needed at AdventHealth's outpatient physician clinic in Lenexa, Kansas, supporting a Monday–Friday day-shift practice under the AdventHealth system. ### What you'll do - Coordinate patient flow, room patients, and ensure comfort in the examining room - Perform patient intake, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical records - Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and minor office procedures - Conduct phlebotomy and laboratory tests in compliance with state and federal regulations - Screen and triage telephone calls, take clinical messages, and respond to routine patient inquiries - Execute triage duties in accordance with established practice protocols ### What we're looking for - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Kansas — required - Current BLS/CPR certification — required - High school diploma or equivalent — required; Associate's degree in LPN field preferred - At least 1 year of position-related clinical experience — preferred - Proficiency with clinical equipment including EKG machine, pulse oximeter, glucose monitor, and phlebotomy supplies ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $20.95–$38.96 ($43,576–$81,037 annualized) - Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
