### What you'll do
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs grounded in evidence-based practice and adult learning theory
- Manage quality and regulatory compliance projects to drive measurable improvement
- Serve as a change agent by integrating updated policies, procedures, and clinical standards into daily practice
- Mentor nursing students and new associates through professional development activities
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, educators, and advanced practice nurses to elevate patient care quality
- Facilitate education initiatives, classes, and events that advance clinical competency across staff
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- 2+ years in staff development, academic teaching, or project development coordination preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
