Certified Medical Assistant Primary Care+

AdventHealth is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a primary care clinic in Kissimmee, Florida, serving patients at the Partin Settlement Health Park location. ### What you'll do - Perform clinical intake including vital signs, history taking, screenings, and medication reconciliation - Administer medications, collect labs, initiate diagnostic testing, and document results in the designated EHR - Assist with minor procedures and ensure accurate documentation at the time of service - Educate patients on tests, medications, and dietary instructions with clear and accurate guidance - Maintain OSHA compliance, safety processes, and adequate inventory of supplies and equipment - Travel as needed to support staffing needs across clinic locations ### What we're looking for - Active certification as a CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA (required) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - 1+ year of related medical assistant experience (preferred) - Proficiency with computers and electronic health record systems - Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 7 am–7 pm (40 hours per week scheduled within this window) ### What's included - Pay range: $17.11–$27.38/hour ($35,589–$56,950 annualized) - Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus, where applicable - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave ### About the practice AdventHealth operates a network of primary care and specialty clinics across Central Florida, including the Partin Settlement Health Park in Kissimmee.
