AdventHealth North Pinellas is hiring a PRN Night Administrative Nursing Supervisor at its acute care hospital in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight of hospital operations during night hours, coordinating resources to address unanticipated situations.
- Round regularly across units to identify problems, facilitate resolution, and reassign staff to optimize skills and workload.
- Exercise supervisory authority including initiating the disciplinary process and documenting performance deficiencies and conduct violations.
- Review hospital activity reports and take appropriate action in collaboration with department directors.
- Ensure defined patient care standards are followed and report discrepancies to the appropriate administrative personnel.
- Attend management meetings to exchange information, resolve issues, and support operational planning.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida RN license (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse, supervisory, or comparable leadership experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR; experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and thorough knowledge of acute care nursing standards and hospital policy.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range: $37.39 – $69.54 (annualized approximately $77,771 – $144,643 at full-time equivalent).
- PRN scheduling with night shift availability.
