Practice Manager Primary Care+ Winter Garden

AdventHealth is hiring a Practice Manager for its Primary Care+ location in Winter Garden, Florida, overseeing day-to-day operations across one or more outpatient physician practices. ### What you'll do - Manage practice operations including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, documentation, and compliance with department policies - Oversee revenue cycle management, including up-front collections, modifier usage, physician coding, and clean claim processing - Coordinate the hiring process, conduct performance evaluations, and lead employee coaching and development - Support onboarding of newly recruited and established community physicians, including credentialing activities - Participate in the preparation and monitoring of operating, salary, and capital budgets - Evaluate and improve programs and processes affecting teamwork and patient care quality ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required (equivalent combinations of education and experience considered) - 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice setting (preferred) - Billing and coding experience in a physician practice (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems - Knowledge of physician coding, TJC requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations - Active Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required; Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) preferred ### What's included - Salary range: $54,681 – $101,718 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development programs and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a focus on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
