Patient Care Technician/CNA, Med/Surg FT Nights

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Night Shift Patient Care Technician/CNA for the Med/Surg unit in Parker, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Perform treatments per policy, delivering age- and acuity-appropriate patient care under the direction of a registered nurse - Respond appropriately during clinical emergencies and follow prescribed isolation and infection-control protocols - Document and report all procedures in accordance with department policy - Assist with nursing history collection and report abnormalities to the RN - Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff - Participate in performance improvement activities and support quality standards ### What we're looking for - Active CNA certification or Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) credential (required) - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - 1+ year of PCT experience or prior bedside care in an acute care setting (preferred) - Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members ### What's included - Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 - Pay range: $19.19–$30.71/hour (~$39,915–$63,877 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME/career development support and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
