About this role
An RN in Radiation Oncology is needed at AdventHealth's outpatient clinic located in Asheville, North Carolina, serving patients through the Haywood Infusion and Medical Park campus.
### What you'll do
- Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to guide individualized, quality nursing care
- Develop and communicate realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with patients and their families
- Implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using sound clinical judgment
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all nursing care provided
- Work collaboratively as part of the oncology care team to meet departmental goals and objectives
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent clinical decisions under pressure
- Comfort working autonomously while contributing to a team-based care environment
