Certified Medical Assistant - Castle Rock

AdventHealth is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for outpatient clinic operations across multiple specialty practices in Castle Rock, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Room patients, record vital signs, document visit reasons, patient history, and allergies following nursing protocols - Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, maintaining open communication to support quality care - Administer medications independently and maintain clinical competency through evaluations - Audit ordered tests to ensure timely receipt and follow-up of results - Delegate duties to office staff, manage operational issues, and ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and billing standards - Maintain nursing supplies and equipment functionality, reporting needs to leadership ### What we're looking for - Active certification as CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA through an approved certifying organization - Current BLS/CPR certification - 2+ years of related medical assistant experience, or completion of the AHMG Medical Assistant training/apprenticeship program - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in vital signs, specimen collection, and body substance isolation - Strong organizational and phone communication skills ### What's included - Compensation range: $20.57–$32.91/hr (~$42,786–$68,453 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group operates multiple outpatient specialty clinics in Castle Rock, Colorado, including Family Medicine, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics & Spine, Urogynecology, OB/GYN, and Midwifery.
