About this role
An Intermediate Physician Office Liaison at AdventHealth supports physician office staff with health information technology, EMR systems, and IT troubleshooting across the Burleson, Texas region.
### What you'll do
- Conduct root cause analysis for IT issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution
- Perform proactive weekly, monthly, and quarterly office visits across assigned geographical regions
- Deliver initial and ongoing training for physician office staff on web-based applications and EMR personalization
- Develop, maintain, and optimize health information technology training materials for provider office teams
- Process security access requests for physician office staff and third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with computer security guidelines
- Provide go-live support and post-go-live optimization, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
### What we're looking for
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience evaluating and analyzing EMR features and functionality for problem resolution (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues through to resolution
- Advanced knowledge of provider and office staff workflow, including CPOE and clinical documentation
- Valid driver's license required for regional travel to physician offices
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; strong written and oral communication skills
