About this role

AdventHealth Riverview is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for its Progressive Care unit in Riverview, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage direct reports across recruitment, hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and payroll functions - Oversee nursing staff scheduling to ensure adequate unit coverage and optimal patient care delivery - Lead staff education and training initiatives to maintain clinical competency and regulatory preparedness - Coordinate unit readiness for audits and surveys, maintaining compliance with accreditation and hospital standards - Facilitate regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address team concerns, and provide operational guidance - Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating service programs to sustain quality nursing and patient outcomes ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required) - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Five or more years of current clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting - Proficiency with Electronic Health Records; Cerner experience preferred - Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) or CCNS certification preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $33.99–$63.22/hr (~$70,699–$131,498 annualized) - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible) - Up to $10,000 relocation bonus (if eligible) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Riverview is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
