Infusion Registered Nurse

An Infusion Registered Nurse at AdventHealth provides direct patient care in the outpatient infusion setting at the Winter Garden Medical Office Building in Winter Garden, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and lifestyle factors - Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care - Administer medications, infusions, and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication - Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care activities, interventions, and patient outcomes in the medical record ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required - Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred - BLS/CPR certification — required - Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience — preferred - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification — preferred - Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills with proficiency in Windows-based computer systems ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53 – $52.24 (approximately $65,582 – $108,659 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME and career development resources; whole-person well-being and mental health support programs ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
