### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies to support compliance and understanding.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
- Respond promptly to code situations and maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BLS/CPR certification required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.
- Proficiency in EKG interpretation (unit-dependent) and basic computer navigation.
- Specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN-E, ONS, SCRN, NRP, and others) preferred depending on assigned unit.
