AdventHealth Manchester is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time, day-shift clinic role in Manchester, Kentucky.
### What you'll do
- Perform clinical intake including vital signs, history taking, screenings, and medication reconciliation.
- Assist with minor procedures, document results at the time of service, and support care-gap closure.
- Administer medications, initiate testing, and prepare patients and equipment for treatment.
- Educate patients on tests, medications, and diet with clear, accurate instructions.
- Monitor and manage supply inventory and ensure medical equipment is functioning properly.
- Travel as needed to support staffing needs across clinic locations.
### What we're looking for
- Current certification as a CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA (required).
- Active BLS/CPR certification (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1+ year of related medical assistant experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in medical terminology and chronic disease management concepts.
- Ability to work independently within certification scope in a fast-paced clinical environment.

- Pay range: $16.23–$25.97/hr ($33,758–$54,018 annualized).
