About this role

AdventHealth is hiring an Intermediate Nursing Informatics Advocate to support clinical workflow optimization and EHR implementation at its headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assess clinical workflow processes, identify gaps, and develop future-state workflows for new EHR solutions and functionality - Collaborate with hospital leadership, department heads, end users, and vendors to ensure efficient system operations - Deliver end-user education including train-the-trainer sessions, Service Line Expert training, and upgrade support - Monitor and analyze aggregated clinical data to identify trends in processes and outcomes related to IT tools - Execute change management strategies — communication, training, and technical support — for smooth application rollouts - Provide 24/7 on-call support during major system installs, including evenings, nights, and weekends ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BLS and valid Driver's License required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred - 5+ years of combined clinical and informatics experience required - Proficiency with Epic or a comparable EHR platform required - Advanced knowledge of clinical workflows and process mapping with ability to present findings to clinical audiences - Informatics Nursing Certification (ANCC-BC), CPHIMS, or CAHIMS preferred ### What's included - Compensation range: $68,133–$119,520 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a national footprint and headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
