About this role
AdventHealth Castle Rock is hiring a full-time Night RN to provide direct patient care on an inpatient unit in Castle Rock, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans in response to patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and following hospital protocols
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care and ensure timely, accurate documentation in the medical record
- Respond to code situations promptly, provide stabilizing interventions, and supervise delegated care delivered by team members
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills
- Specialty certifications such as TNCC, CCRN-E, or CCNS are a plus depending on unit placement

- Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 ($71,261–$123,219 annualized)
