Celebration Interview Day - Registered Nurse and Respiratory Therapy

AdventHealth Celebration is hosting an interview day for experienced Registered Nurses and Respiratory Therapists at its hospital campus in Celebration, Florida. ### What you'll do - Provide direct patient care on Med/Telemetry, Medical PCU, Surgical PCU, or Neuro PCU units - Deliver critical care nursing in the Medical ICU or Cardiovascular ICU - Support perioperative patients as a Cardiovascular OR Registered Nurse - Perform respiratory therapy assessments and treatments across inpatient units - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage acute and complex patient conditions - Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license or Respiratory Therapist license/certification - Prior experience in a relevant inpatient specialty (telemetry, PCU, ICU, OR, or respiratory therapy) - Ability to work full-time day shifts - Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills - Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care ### What's included - Pay range: $23.71–$52.24/hr (~$49,316–$108,659 annualized) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service acute care hospital located in Celebration, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
