An office-based Registered Nurse opportunity with AdventHealth at the FM AH Medical Office Building in Daytona Beach, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to develop realistic, collaborative problem lists and care plans.
- Implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using clinical skills and sound judgment.
- Provide patient education and support addressing identified physical, mental, and social needs.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as clinical presentation evolves.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date nursing documentation in compliance with facility standards.
- Collaborate with the broader care team and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent clinical decisions under pressure.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
