AdventHealth Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical unit (Day shift) in Zephyrhills, Florida, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for each patient.
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Apply high-level clinical reasoning to evaluate patient responses and adjust the plan of care based on outcomes.
- Collaborate as an active team member within the unit, communicating effectively with interdisciplinary staff.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Basic Life Support / CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate EHR and Windows-based systems.
- Additional specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN-E, ONS, SCRN, etc.) considered a plus depending on unit assignment.

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized).
