Nursing Assistant CNA Full Time Nights Float Pool

A Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed for the Float Pool Night shift at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. ### What you'll do - Assist licensed nurses in delivering direct patient care across float pool assignments - Accurately obtain and document vital signs in the electronic medical record - Perform patient care duties and procedures in accordance with department policy - Respond appropriately within scope during clinical emergencies - Follow CDC isolation guidelines, apply correct PPE, and enforce safety regulations - Participate in performance improvement activities and support quality initiatives ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - CNA certification (preferred) - Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) (preferred) - EMT certification (preferred) - 1+ year of PCT experience (preferred) ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $16.26–$26.02 (approx. $33,821–$54,122 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
