### What you'll do
- Collaborate with executive and senior campus leadership to develop and execute patient experience improvement strategies
- Oversee consulting and coaching programs, mentoring physicians, nurses, and department leaders in best practices
- Lead committees and manage project workplans to ensure timely completion of improvement initiatives
- Monitor CMS CAHPS requirements, Value Based Purchasing metrics, and survey processes, communicating updates across the organization
- Coach unit and department teams on action plans and accountability frameworks at assigned campuses
- Share best practices across the region and provide feedback to leadership to ensure consistent blueprint implementation
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or related field (required); Master's preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated nurse leadership driving patient experience improvement
- Strong knowledge of CMS CAHPS requirements, statistical concepts, and acute hospital operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels, including senior executives
- Lean or Six Sigma knowledge preferred; Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) preferred
