About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time clinic RN to deliver relationship-based ambulatory care at its Littleton, Colorado outpatient practice.
### What you'll do
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions including IV placement, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection
- Coordinate and facilitate group visits for high-risk patient populations and support care transitions including medication reconciliation
- Educate patients and families using teach-back methodology and motivational interviewing to promote self-management
- Delegate appropriate tasks to non-RN personnel in accordance with Colorado State Board of Nursing guidelines
### What we're looking for
- Active Colorado RN license (required)
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Demonstrated general nursing skills with appropriate documentation proficiency
- Medical office or clinic experience preferred (1+ years)
- Electronic Health Record experience preferred

- Pay range: $33.13–$53.00/hr ($68,910–$110,240 annualized)
