About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Advanced Cardiothoracic OR Circulator for day-shift surgical cases at its Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform the circulator role in advanced cardiothoracic surgical cases, managing the perioperative environment and patient safety throughout each procedure. - Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments covering physical, emotional, and social health status. - Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals and interventions based on assessment findings. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, adhering to all safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation. - Manage mechanical circulatory support devices and provide care for complex heart and lung disease patients. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. - Minimum 1 year of OR Circulator experience. - ACLS and BLS certifications required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage mechanical circulatory devices and care for complex cardiothoracic surgical patients. - CVICU or CVOR experience preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr ($65,582–$108,659 annualized). - $20,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 relocation bonus for eligible applicants (12-month employment contract required). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - CME and career development resources, whole-person well-being and mental health support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando operates the Ginsburg Tower at 601 E.
