About this role

A full-time night-shift Cardiothoracic OR / CVOR Circulator RN role at AdventHealth Orlando (Ginsburg Tower) in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Circulate and scrub cardiothoracic and cardiovascular OR cases, including complex open-heart and lung procedures - Conduct comprehensive peri-operative assessments and develop individualized care plans for cardiothoracic surgical patients - Administer medications and treatments per protocol while monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans in real time - Manage mechanical circulatory support devices and perform EKG monitoring for the cardiothoracic patient population - Facilitate accurate hand-off communication during shift changes and interdepartmental transfers - Maintain timely documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and care plan updates ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred - ACLS and BLS certifications (required) - Peri-operative or post-operative cardiothoracic care experience (required); CVICU or CVOR experience preferred - Minimum 1 year in a cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or cardiac ICU/OR setting (preferred) - Preferred certifications: CNOR, CSC, CMC, CCNS, CCTN ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53 – $52.24 (approximately $65,582 – $108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and continuing education support ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando operates one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States, with its flagship Ginsburg Tower serving as a high-volume quaternary referral center for cardiothoracic and advanced heart and lung disease care.
