About this role

An Advanced Cardiothoracic OR Circulator RN role at AdventHealth is open for full-time day shifts at the Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform circulator duties in cardiothoracic surgical cases, managing peri-operative care for complex heart and lung disease patients - Manage mechanical circulatory support devices and interpret EKGs for the cardiothoracic patient population - Develop and implement individualized care plans, then monitor and adjust based on patient response - Administer medications and treatments accurately per protocol, ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical episode - Facilitate hand-off communication during shift changes and transitions between departments - Participate in performance improvement projects to identify and implement enhancements in patient care quality ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred - ACLS and BLS certifications required - 1+ year of experience in a cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, cardiac ICU, CVICU, or CVOR setting preferred - Demonstrated ability to care for complex cardiothoracic surgical patients and manage mechanical circulatory devices - Ability to scrub cardiothoracic procedures preferred; CNOR, CSC, or CCNS certifications preferred ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating one of the largest pediatric cardiac surgery programs in the Southeast United States.
