About this role
A full-time night-shift Med/Surg RN role at AdventHealth Gordon in Calhoun, Georgia, working 3×12-hour shifts (7 pm–7 am) with rotating weekends.
### What you'll do
- Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the broader care team.
- Implement interventions safely and on schedule, continuously evaluating and revising plans based on patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders, adhering to safety protocols throughout.
- Collect and analyze patient health data to validate nursing diagnoses and anticipated outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and discharge care plans.
- Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and serve as a patient advocate throughout each shift.
### What we're looking for
- Active Georgia RN license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required); PALS preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (preferred).
- Ability to work rotating weekends on a 3×12 night schedule.

- Pay range: $31.44–$54.92/hr ($65,395–$114,234 annualized); up to 20% differential tied to education and certification advancement.
