Clinical Educator Outpatient Clinic

AdventHealth is seeking a full-time Clinical Educator for its outpatient clinic in Fletcher (Hendersonville), North Carolina. ### What you'll do - Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation programs for new employees, including clinical rotations and preceptor supervision - Deliver continuing education, in-services, and department-specific learning opportunities based on staff and facility needs - Support RNs, LPNs, and CMAs with annual competency assessments and quality improvement initiatives - Maintain a reliable database for tracking education records and ongoing competency documentation - Collaborate with department managers, clinical leads, and the Education Department to assess learning needs and build education plans - Provide didactic, lab, and clinical instruction across the outpatient service line ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred - Minimum 1 year of clinical experience and 1 year of clinical education experience - BLS certification required; ACLS preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Working knowledge of accreditation standards (TJC, HFAP, or equivalent) ### What's included - Salary range: $67,825–$126,165 per year - Medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating outpatient and acute care facilities across multiple states.
