Registered Nurse RN Float Pool PCU Nights

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Float Pool PCU Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p–7a) at their Tampa, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Float across Progressive Care Unit assignments, maintaining unit-specific clinical competency and compliance with regulatory standards - Deliver safe, effective handoff communications and documentation during caregiver transitions - Participate in peer interviewing and peer review processes - Communicate with internal and external customers in person and by phone - Build positive working relationships across departments while demonstrating respect for colleagues ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant RN experience required - BLS (CPR) certification required - ACLS certification required - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $32.76–$57.47 (annualized approximately $68,141–$119,538) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a faith-based, mission-driven health system located at 3100 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33613.
