About this role
A part-time clinic RN role at AdventHealth 90 Health Park in Louisville, Colorado, delivering relationship-based outpatient nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.
### What you'll do
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring outcomes against nursing standards
- Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions including IV placement, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection
- Coordinate and facilitate group visits for high-risk patient populations and support care transitions, including medication reconciliation
- Provide patient and family education using teach-back methodology and motivational interviewing to promote self-management
- Delegate appropriate tasks to non-RN personnel per State Board of Nursing guidelines and hospital policy
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- Competency in general clinical nursing skills with strong documentation practices
- Medical office experience preferred (1+ year)
- Electronic Health Record experience preferred
