RN Clinic

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Clinic RN at its 90 Health Park Drive location in Louisville, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review - Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring outcomes to nursing standards - Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions including IV placement, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection - Provide patient and family education using teach-back methodology, motivational interviewing, and self-management protocols - Coordinate group visits for high-risk patient populations and support care transitions including medication reconciliation - Delegate tasks to non-RN personnel per Colorado State Board of Nursing guidelines and hospital policy ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - 1+ year of medical office experience (preferred) - Electronic Health Record experience (preferred) - Strong documentation, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills ### What's included - Pay range: $33.13–$53.00/hr (~$68,910–$110,240 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating clinics and hospitals across the United States, with a mission rooted in whole-person care of body, mind, and spirit.
