A Physical Therapist role at AdventHealth Celebration, a hospital-based rehabilitation setting in Celebration, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques, then establish and adapt individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide direct patient care across assigned shifts (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9 am–7:30 pm)
- Document patient progress accurately and completely using objective, measurable terminology; charge patients accurately and timely
- Identify patient and caregiver education needs and deliver teaching throughout the episode of care, including discharge recommendations
- Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides in accordance with state regulations and practice standards
- Participate in community events, educational lectures, and performance improvement initiatives supporting departmental quality standards
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license required
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; degree level must meet licensing body requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
- Ability to serve as a clinical instructor and maintain clinical knowledge aligned with best and evidence-based practices
- Effective time management skills to meet departmental productivity standards

- Pay range: $31.55–$58.69/hour (~$65,624–$122,075 annualized)
