About this role

AdventHealth is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Technician Specialist at its Littleton, Colorado facility (7750 S Broadway). ### What you'll do - Maintain proficiency across all Tech IV functions and provide coverage in core and advanced pharmacy practice areas to address staffing needs - Execute expert-level pharmacy technician duties across all core and advanced workflows - Serve as subject matter expert in a designated specialty area such as ADC systems, cleanroom/compounding, diversion prevention, informatics, investigational drugs, or medication history - Resolve complex issues and provide technical support within the designated specialty area - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system functionality and process integrity ### What we're looking for - 3+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience with demonstrated expertise in a targeted specialty pharmacy practice area (required) - Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) credential (required) - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's degree or Technical/Vocational training preferred - Completion of a pharmacy technician training program (preferred) - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pharmacist supervision ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $23.11–$36.97 (approximately $48,069–$76,898 annualized) - PRN/per-diem day-shift scheduling flexibility - AdventHealth system employment with access to broader benefit programs for eligible staff ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating hospitals and care sites across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care.
