### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and current standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Interpret EKG findings and apply advanced life support skills as required by patient population and unit protocols.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and communicate clinical findings effectively.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes using Microsoft Windows-based clinical systems.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills with ability to revise care plans based on patient outcomes.
- Additional specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN-E, ONS, SCRN, etc.) preferred depending on unit assignment.
