About this role

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time RN Quality Coordinator to support hospital-wide quality management and regulatory compliance at its Tampa, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Facilitate compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and state and federal regulations through quality management activities. - Conduct chart reviews and data extraction to support required organizational data reporting. - Analyze and interpret quality metrics data to identify and drive performance improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, and colleagues to promote improved patient care outcomes. - Prepare reports, tables, and presentations supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years of staff RN experience in an acute care hospital setting. - Prior experience in quality management, chart reviews, data extraction, and data analysis. - Experience facilitating teams in a continuous quality improvement environment. - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Healthcare Risk Management Certificate (HRMC) preferred. ### What's included - Salary range: $68,133–$119,520 per year. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off beginning day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a faith-based, full-service acute care hospital located at 3100 E.
