About this role

A full-time Registered Nurse position in Outpatient Oncology at AdventHealth Orlando's Ginsburg Tower, located in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform and document all nursing procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy - Complete admission assessments including nursing history, pain screening, and age-appropriate evaluations - Administer medications and treatments; interpret and verify physician orders and evaluate intervention effectiveness - Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and provide planned or spontaneous patient education - Apply knowledge of Radiation Oncology clinical pathways and PACU/Pre- and Post-Anesthesia protocols - Handle sensitive communications with terminally ill patients and their families with tact and clinical judgment ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - BLS/CPR certification (required); ACLS (preferred) - Oncology clinical experience (required); 1+ years acute care and/or oncology experience (preferred) - Demonstrated knowledge of Radiation Oncology clinical pathways and PACU/anesthesia recovery processes - Proficiency with standard clinical equipment and electronic health record systems; bilingual English/Spanish a plus ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando operates the Ginsburg Tower at 601 E.
