A Medical Office Representative role at AdventHealth supports front-desk patient access operations across multiple outpatient clinic locations in Littleton, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate department or clinical partner - Welcome patients; collect, verify, and enter demographics, insurance, and billing information into practice management systems - Register patients for services, facilitate timely discharge, and maximize reimbursement accuracy - Request co-pays and outstanding balances at check-in and ensure financial eligibility memos are current and thorough - Educate patients on test locations, patient portal navigation, and non-clinical follow-up steps - Maintain open communication with clinical and ancillary teams to support smooth operational flow ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Associate's degree or coursework in health services administration or a related field (preferred) - 1+ year of customer service and medical office experience including medical terminology, coding, charge entry, and payment collection (preferred) - Prior collections experience (preferred) - Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) credential (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $19.38–$31.01/hour (~$40,310–$64,501 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states.
