Ascension Medical Group is hiring a Family Medicine Physician to establish and lead a new outpatient clinic in Green Cove Springs, FL. ### What you'll do - Deliver evidence-based, compassionate primary care to patients across the lifespan - Coordinate patient care across specialties and care settings within the Ascension network - Build and grow a new clinic panel from the ground up - Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs for a community-based patient population ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care - Ability to practice independently and help build a new clinical environment ### What's included - Compensation and benefits package through Ascension Medical Group (details provided during recruitment process) - Support of a nonprofit health system infrastructure ### About the practice Ascension Medical Group is the employed physician arm of Ascension, one of the largest nonprofit Catholic health systems in the United States.
