Base Salary: $575,000 two-year income guarantee followed by RVU production, Quality Bonus, Commencement Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Loan Repayment
CME: $4,250 CME Allowance + 5 CME Days
Malpractice: Comprehensive malpractice plus tail coverage

What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Hematology/Oncology Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Collaborative Team Structure: Join an established, high-performing team consisting of 7 Medical Oncology physicians, 2 Radiation Oncology physicians, and 3 Nurse Practitioners.
- Balanced Work Environment: Utilize a mixed care setting (inpatient and outpatient) averaging 25 patients seen per day across all providers, with 4 new patient inquiries daily.
- Predictable Call Schedule: Maintain a manageable clinic call rotation of 1:7, with an average of 1-2 consults per day when assigned to the inpatient block.
- Drive Clinical Excellence: Deliver evidence-based clinical decision-making to maintain consistently high patient satisfaction, building upon a practice network that currently boasts a net promoter score over 90%.
- Enhance Future Care Delivery: Cultivate the next generation of medical professionals through robust academic mentorship opportunities with medical students and mid-level trainees from regional institutions.
- Technology Integration: Leverage specialized clinical systems, including Aria, AthenaHealth, and IM Bills, to streamline patient documentation and optimize quality outcomes.
- System Integration: Benefit from an established, secure AMG Contract employed position with a built-in internal referral pipeline.
- Professional Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Additional Preferences
- Academic Affiliation Interest: An interest to actively participate in clinical education and mentorship through the Indiana University School of Medicine - Evansville.
- Clinical Research Engagement: Experience in taking advantage of available clinical research opportunities to advance evidence-based oncology care.
