Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join Ascension Providence in Waco, TX.
### What you'll do
- Perform cardiothoracic surgical procedures for patients within the Ascension Providence system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate pre- and post-operative patient management
- Utilize advanced surgical technologies to optimize patient outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the department
- Serve a diverse patient population across the Waco community
### What we're looking for
- Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a care team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
