Practice Highlights

Qualifications

  • Active, current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership and hospital operational ability
  • All licensure, certification, and registration must comply with applicable state law, regulation, and hospital policy
