Qualifications
- Master's-prepared Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) — NP candidates must hold an active RNP license
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice in the state of Florida as required by law and regulation
- Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with facility Medical Staff Bylaws
- Cardiothoracic surgery experience or strong surgical APP background preferred given the subspecialty focus of the team
- Ability to function effectively in both inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic environments
