<p>Abrazo Medical Group is hiring a Patient Service Representative to support front-office operations at a physician practice location in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a non-exempt, full-time role embedded within one of the Valley's largest multispecialty healthcare networks — a system comprising approximately 20 outpatient clinic locations, five acute care hospitals, and four neighborhood emergency centers, with more than 120 employed physicians and practitioners. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>Minimum one year of customer service experience; experience in a hospital or physician office setting strongly preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with patient registration, insurance verification, and electronic health record data entry is an asset</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to a patient-facing environment</li> </ul>
